• Проект «Aventador Radio» — является Некоммерческим проектом и не извлекает никакой финансовой выгоды. Цель проекта, продвижение новых и уже популярных авторов, музыкантов, ди-джеев на безвозмездной основе. 
• Мы уважаем авторов, создателей и правообладателей, именно поэтому, команда «Aventador Radio» в кротчайшие сроки рассматривает обращения от авторов и правообладателей (на почту promo@avradio.ru) с требованием удалить трек из базы «Aventador Radio».

Рассмотрение обращений осуществляется через e-mail почту, в течение 24 часов.

Информация:

• •  Все аудиоматериалы, воспроизводимые по средствам проекта «Aventador Radio», используются исключительно для ознакомительных целей в ухудшенном качестве (128 kbs) с сохранением внутренних тэгов.
  • Все аудиоматериалы принадлежат их авторам и правообладателям.
  • Все аудиоматериалы используются для ознакомления в эфире, они были получены от авторов или из свободных mp3 архивов в сети Интернет.
  • Интернет радио «Aventador Radio» — не является коммерческой радиостанцией, и не извлекает никакой финансовой выгоды.
  • Любой аудиоматериал может быть удален из базы по первому требованию «Автора» или «Правообладателя».
  • «Aventador Radio» — призывает своих слушателей после прослушивания аудиоматериала по средствам проекта «Aventador Radio»  покупать лицензионные продукты на официальных источниках и иных проверенных площадках.
  • Проект «Aventador Radio» — не является средством массовой информации (СМИ).
  • В целях защиты интеллектуальной собственности правообладателей, на потоках «Aventador Radio» озвучивается и показывается по средствам программного кода (php,js,html), на всех без исключений страницах сайта: https://avradio.ru  (а именно в Блоках), полное название проигрываемого трека с возможностью поиска трека в сети интернет по средствам (Яндекс, Google, ВКонтакте, YouTube) , через страницу «Ранее в эфире«, где осуществлен информационный сбор данных о 30-ти ранее проигранных на потоках «Aventador Radio» треках.
    Внимание: Данные на странице «Ранее в эфире» обновляются автоматически с автоматизированной перезаписью данных о ранее проигранных (по умолчанию: тридцати) треках.
  • Вы являетесь Автором или Правообладателем аудиоматериала и вы против размещения его на проекте «Aventador Radio» — убедительная просьба связаться с нами.

• Все аудиоматериалы нарушающие авторские права, будут удалены из базы по первому требованию их автора (правообладателей).Важно: При подачи обращения, обязательно предоставить доказательства вашего авторства или права «правообладателя» на указанный материал.
• Если претензию подает не правообладатель, а его уполномоченный доверенностью представитель  (юридическое лицо), следует предоставить копию доверенности на действия физического лица от лица правообладателя или компании.
